By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from our community, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages related to your lease, rent payments, maintenance requests, community announcements, and other information relevant to your residency. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of your tenancy or any purchase.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts. To opt back in, visit your resident portal or contact our office directly. For help, reply HELP to any message.
We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Personal Information We Collect
